Neil Fachie MBE

Paralympic Cyclist

Neil Fachie has represented Great Britain at 3 Paralympic Games, winning a gold and silver medal at London 2012, as well as silver in Rio 2016.  He holds a degree in Physics from the University of Aberdeen.

The visually impaired cyclist started his career on the athletics track, but now is part of the Great Britain Cycling Team, where he rides on the back of the tandem with a fully-sighted ‘pilot’.  Neil is also a double Commonwealth Champion, double World Record Holder and 10 x World Champion.

Although still competing, Neil is now turning his attention to helping utilise the lessons he has learned in sport, to help others achieve their full potential in whatever their chosen field may be.   LNF Coaching was established with his wife Lora, also a competitive cyclist, in 2017 and their aim is to share their knowledge, help others achieve a balance in their lives to ultimately go and chase their dreams whilst learning how to deal with perceived failures and how to get the best out of themselves to live a healthy, happy life.

Neil will share some useful points from his sporting career that can transfer into the world of business.
