A Chartered Engineer and guest lecturer at Manchester Business School with an early career in Financial Services, Claire-Marie Boggiano has her own business, Lurig Ltd, specialising in business change and people development.
Working with blue chip clients such as Rolls-Royce, AstraZeneca, BASF, Bunzl, NHS, and United Utilities, she provides executive coaching, team facilitation, support to individuals making personal transitions and works directly with business leaders implementing complex business change.
Claire-Marie is the alumni lead for MBS Women Leading in Business group, she regularly hosts the Institute of Directors Women Directors’ Forum in the North West and she participates each year in the Women’s International Network (WIN) Global Leadership Conference.
To any challenge Claire-Marie brings energy, focus and action. Her core skills include ‘breaking eggs’, ‘building gladiators’ and ‘making connections’. She believes organisations succeed by working with the imagination and talents of their people.
