Making Manchester a More Sustainable City
Come along, be inspired, catch up & re-focus on your business connections.
Every city is on a mission to improve its sustainability through improving transportation and infrastructure, and Manchester is keen to make a difference. Our speakers will share with businesses in the region ideas on how they can become more eco-aware, reducing pollution and emissions alongside a reduction in their energy consumption – specifically through their mode of transport and choice of office location or construction. They will share an overview of the context and future ambitions for the wider work in Greater Manchester to widen access and participation in walking, cycling and active travel.
Our Speakers are;
Tim is a Programme Director and part of Arup’s global digital transformation team setting the vision, structure, and coordinating operations and finances of their digital transformation. He is passionate about digital innovation in the Built Environment and its ability to improve the lives of citizens and organisations and the adoption of Smart City concepts.
